❌ Canceling an Order

You can cancel your order as long as it has not yet been shipped. Please contact us promptly at info@solaviskin.com. Once the order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer guaranteed.

🎁 Free Gift

If you are eligible for a free gift, it must be manually added to your cart before confirming the order. Once the order is placed, the gift can no longer be added.

🔄 Out of Stock Product

Generally, out-of-stock products are restocked within a few weeks. Sign up for the email alert on the product page to be notified as soon as it's back in stock.

🚚 Delivery Times

Order preparation: 1 to 2 business days
Estimated delivery times:
- Quebec / Ontario: 2 to 4 business days
- Other provinces: 4 to 7 business days
- Remote areas: up to 10 days

🚚 Delivery Fees

Delivery fees are automatically calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and service chosen. Delivery is free for orders of $100 CAD or more (before taxes).

🔄 Returns & Problems

For hygiene reasons, returns are not accepted. If you receive a damaged or defective product, contact us within 7 days with a photo at info@solaviskin.com.
